Thang Pham

An interview with Thang Pham, an incredibly gifted chef who started in law and architecture, wanting to combine creative expression and affecting positive change in people lives. After successfully pursuing studies in these careers he found that his true voice rang clearer elsewhere in the field of hospitality and extraordinarily artful food. For years he owned and ran one of the best restaurants in Barcelona, called Me, a fusion of Vietnamese, Cajun, and Catalan cuisine. His work is truly inspiring and he sees it as a way of changing minds through the body, the two being linked.
